چکیده
Background and Objectives Interposition using acellular allograft between perforated septal flaps is a popular procedure among surgeons because of its usefulness. However, dermal matrix itself tends to become infected sometimes, can easily undergo necrosis or be displaced from the implanted site. Here, authors would like introduce newly devised interposition graft made up cartilage, which easy manipulate fixed in desired position.Subjects Method We performed retrospective chart review January 2018 August 2020. A total 12 patients with perforation who received surgical treatment were included this study. Acellular human (MegaDerm® ; L&C Bio) was used as an piled by autologous it positioned mucoperichondrial via endonasal approach. Results The most common etiology previous surgery (n=8); one case, repeated electrocauterization due frequent epistaxis; not verified for three cases. All cases achieved result complete closure. on follow-up inquiry reported marked improvements visual analogue scale score (mean value, 4.1 1) Nasal Obstruction Symptom Evaluation 7.3 1.8).Conclusion Composite cartilage successful results without having fix graft. It alternative technique treat inexperienced limited operation field.

Introduction: Laryngotracheal stenosis can be caused after traumatic injuries to the neck from the subglottic larynx to the trachea. Patients with laryngotracheal stenosis often need a tracheotomy and occasionally may become tracheotomy dependent. Different procedures have been described for the management of these lesions. Management options include techniques of endoscopic dilation, laser res...

PURPOSE Numerous methods have been utilized to repair nasal septal perforation with varying degrees of success; however, no consensus has been reached on nasoseptal perforation repair. Here, the authors describe a surgical method based on human dermal allograft (Surederm, Hans Biomed Corp. Korea) for the repair of nasal septal perforations. MATERIALS AND METHODS Eleven patients with a nasal s...

BACKGROUND Connective tissue autografts are commonly used as interpositional grafts between septal flaps in the repair of septal perforations. The most common graft materials used include temporalis fascia and pericranium, both of which are accompanied by donor site morbidity, do not provide septal bulk, and are exceedingly thin and difficult to manage. OBJECTIVE To study the use of an acellu...
